What's this noise?

My amp is making some annoying buzz... it probably shouldn't...:

Thing is, it's not (NOT) on a grounded outlet... the amp techs will kill me but my room has no grounded outlets at all. I did try it on one, and it still did the same thing. Now I know it's normal for an amp to be noisy but THAT definitely isn't... the video needs to be played a bit loud to hear, but it's neatly there.

I'd really love some help guys, thanks!

Re: What's this noise?

Yeah. The guitar is not the problem.

It's most likely the house's electricity system that sucks actually. Bad interferences.

i have a noisey house for electronics.. could be the supply itself but i have issues with my room layout... my dads garage/workshop is below my room and he has a lot of Floresent light tube fixtures on his ceiling, right below my floor... they do cause some noise when he is in there... Plus out side my window there is a lot of high voltage power lines maybe 35 feet away.... then in the hall out side my room is an old smoke detector that is hard wired in, not battery powered... it makes a hum that you can hear on a quiet night when standing under it.. if i walk out in my hall the guitar i have on it will pick up all sorts of noise from it.. i'm sure it is effecting my axes and amps in my room to some degree
