I ordered some picks and they sent the wrong ones...I called the company in which I ordered them from and they apologized and sent out the right picks immediately. I checked the mail today and this was what I got. Does anyone else see whats up with this pic?
My guess is that the plectrum at the bottom of the photograph is what a proper Jazz III .88mm looks like. If I am correct, the plectra in bag are not what the packaging says they are.
That would be correct funk!! Now...question is this....labeled wrong from dunlop or from Music123? that is the question. Ive sent an email with the pic. I dont know how much good it will do at this point. Just frustrating because ive gotten so used to the jazz picks that going to a standard sized pick messes with me.
The bag, card, staple and contents are entirely Dunlop's doing. Simple cock up on the packaging line. There are probably hundreds of similarly mislabelled packets dotted about the place.
I sent the pic along with a letter to customer service to give them a heads up. i know there are at least two. When I contacted music 123 they apologized for the mistake and sent me the exact same thing again. So now I got 2 dozen standard sized picks.
Send that pic to dunlop, an tell them what happened. They'll most likely make it right, an possibly send ya more than you actually ordered. They've always been super helpful, whenever I've had any sort of issue with any of their products.
