JB, that's what comes on all brand new guitars. Plastic covers, like on screens. It's to avoid scratching .

Yeah, I know they come with that plastic, but I've never seen it have such an optical effect.

At least the headstock goof isn't as bad as a buddy of mine who got a tattoo, and nobody noticed it was backwards until well after it was done :laugh2: (after the artist put on the transfer, my friend looked at it in the mirror)

Lefty guitar with a righty headstock

lefty 50's Gibson LP's (although very rare) used right handed necks. it even has side markers on both sides IIRC.
