Just post your dream pedalboards, rigs and amps ^^

I'd want this :

ENGL Invader 100 Head
ENGL 4x12 Pro Slanted Cabinet
TC Electronic G-System
TC Electronic Polytune (already own)
TC Electronic Nova Delay
Boss AC-3 Acoustic Simulator (already own)

And some Wah and Volume pedals, no idea which one...

Re: What's your dream rig ?

I'm actually not that far off. Keep in mind that my dream rig is designed to play medium sized shows, as is my need at the moment and for the long term future.

As far as amps are concerned, I'd be running two at the same time.

I already have : Mesa Stiletto Ace running into a 2x12 Rect Cab loaded with V30s.
I would want to add : A Mesa LoneStar Special, with the matching 2x12 cab, to add a little sonic diversity to my tone when needed.

For effects, I am exactly where I want to be. I don't use many, but what I need I have. EHX Little Big Muff with LPB-1 booster next to it for solos, and a EHX Holier Grail since my amp has no reverb. I use a 535Q Wah for Dunlop quite a bit actually. All that on a Pedaltrain with Voodoo labs power supply.

As far as guitars, I'm half way there. Totally functional, but if you asked me to indulge, there is a few more things I would pick up.
I already have a nice Les Paul Traditional that I love, with a highway 1 Strat. Not top of the line in their respective fields, but the best band-for-buck point in my opinion.

Up next would be a gibson J-45 and a Gretsch White Falcon.

I could live with that.

Re: What's your dream rig ?

I'm really happy with my setup now....BUT... I would say I'd like to have:

Charvel Custom made Strat-style body with a JB/'59 combo, a Splawn Nitro or Quickrod, into my Marshall 1960A cab.

As for effects: MXR Carbon Copy, MXR Micro Flanger and Micro Chorus, and a Dunlop or Vox wah.

Re: What's your dream rig ?

I'd upgrade to the Roadking and run it side by side with a Soldano Decatone

Re: What's your dream rig ?

Already living the dream, which is generally a variation on this theme.

Re: What's your dream rig ?

All right people, I have an announcement to make.

Red Label, I love you.

LOL... thanks man... I think. ;)

I should add that my dream rig also consists of my PolyTune and BBE wah.

Also, my "dream rig" has been getting somewhat neglected this week because of the release of the new expansion pack for the Eleven Rack. The XTC blue channel model in the 11R is SO close to the real thing, it's just about all I've played since installing the pack. It's just awesome. So if you dream of an XTC, but find yourself WAY short of being able to afford one -- but you CAN afford an 11R and the expansion pack, you'll not only have an awesome imitation of the real Bogner, you'll also have a LOT of other awesome amps, FX, and cabs right inside that awesome unit.

Re: What's your dream rig ?

This thing...

Tele > a **** ton of pedals > (split into two amps)- 410 Deville and SuperSonic+ Mesa Stiletto

Re: What's your dream rig ?

I pretty much have it (Mesa Roadster w Mesa 2x12) but would really like a Roadking II for it's progressive linkage. I'm still trying to find a decent crunch setting out of "Brit" mode (running 6l6s) but haven't had any luck. Brit mode seems to be pretty worthless unless you are running EL34s. Not that I expect to get a british sound from the 6l6s.... Just a usable crunch of somekind. So far no matter the settings it sounds like ass on "Brit" Mode.

I use channel 2 on fat/100w/tube rectifier for cleans and channel 1 on tweed/50w/tube rectifier for crunch.

Re: What's your dream rig ?

Dream rig right now:

G&L Legacy* properly set up > T1M buffer* > Turbo Tuner* > Tone Press compressor* > Boss volume pedal* > Timmy* > OCD* > T1M boost* > Red Witch Deluxe Moon Phaser > Strymon Timeline > Earth Quake Ghost Echo > TC Electronic Hall of Fame reverb > A/B switch* > Hayseed 30*.

The Ghost Echo would be for low to moderate reverb stuff, and the HoF would be for more spaced out ambient stuff.

That would be my dream rig.

*already got it.

I'm closing in. I love my Firebird Studio. I love my Cornford Roadhouse. I've just installed a set of Bareknuckle Rebel Yells and it's going to take me a little way to set these up exactly how I want them but one thing I know for sure - I'll never buy another set of machine wound pickups.
