Not a huge fan of the Evo bridge, I like the Evo 2 much better. It's definitely not my first choice of pickups though.

I have used, and like it in the neck position, but I could never get along with it in the bridge.

+1 the neck version is a cross between a paf pro and a air norton really nice!

Yeah, the neck is awesome, cool with some mag swaps too.

How does the 2 compare to the first one? I have heard darker with less treble and high mids.

it is smoother overall and has a bit less output. definitely a warmer version no ice pick in the forehead highs either. both have crazy harmonics though!:naughty:
