When were Duncan Pickups introduced?

DiMarzio has dates for when their p-ups were introduced. When were p-ups like the Distortion, JB, Custom, Invader, Full Shred, '59 and Jazz released? Anyone know?

DMz also gives outputs for their PU's. The more info, the better.

Pretty sure it lists output and DC resistance on the box.
