I get all of my Seymour Duncan products from:

Paul is a super good guy, very knowledgable, former Fender employee (I don't hold that against him, LOL!). He runs specials all the time, and usually has IN STOCK what I want. If I run into trouble, he always helps me out.

I will only buy at two places. www.wymoreguitars.com , formerly Black Rose Customs, or from Bada Bing, a member here who has an online store, http://stores.ebay.com/Martin-6-String-Customs_W0QQsspagenameZMEQ3aFQ3aSTQQtZkm .
This way, you never have to worry about lousy service, or any issues with the SD exchange policy. On top of that, both John and Matt respectively are great, great guys.

Another vote for Matt (Screen name Bada Bing on this forum). He has always hooked me up and is an authorized dealer. Excellent customer service.
Lewguitar is another member who is an authorized dealer and gives excellent customer service. He is also a Fralin dealer as well, and has lots of great information.

Just a note: the logo is easily removed with a metal polish called BRASSO. The logo will polish right off in just a matter of seconds. Also I have most Duncan models in stock and no dealer can sell for less than another. SD Pickups furnishes us with what's called a MAP price list and the maximum discount we can give is about 30% off.

However, I've always bought from John at Wymore Guitars. Got great service on the first order and I'm a creature of habit

Like Lew said, we, as dealers, all have to advertise our prices no lower than 30% off retail. So, if your buying a new pup below MAP price, chances are your not buying from a dealer and if you have any problems, your screwed.
