Where to buy Duncan Designed HB-104

Hi people i am really skeptic about, is the Duncan Designed HB-104 still in production? for any guitar companies? Is it possible to buy this pickup off from Seymour Duncan?

The HB-104... is this blade designed pickup which in the site it says high-output blade humbucker .. but it is no where to be seen ....

Does any look know about it's exsistence still? Doe any one have any photos of it?

NO WHERE, it is OEM only. Unless you can find one on Ebay someone has pulled out of an axe.

Hi theodie do you know any specfic brands of axes which include the HB-104 ?

I heard that Schecter and Jackson still use this pickup in some of their models.

Musicians Friend website carries Duncan Designed pickups under their own name brand. From Guitars tab, click pickups and then click musicians friend under brand names. Price about $30 for these but am not sure if they have the HB-104
though. You'll have to check it out.

There's been alot of us wanting the HB104s bro. They're dam near impossible to get. Schecter use to use them in their 5 string guitars. Patrick Eggle use to use them in their Iommi Sig guitars. Don't know about Jackson....

Bottom line is they are/were available as OEM parts to guitars makers.

Blades FTW!!

Nothing creates a wall of sound quite like a thick metal plate.

Or EMG users...when did Bill start using blades? I know he's been making pups forever but ... ?

Oh since about 1976...his first production strat pickups, the L220s, were single bladed. The 500 series came out shortly there after.
