I ordered some mags a few weeks ago.
waited about two weeks (standard mailing time for something from the US). Didn't find anything in the mail. Emailed them asking what the status of my order was, and I didn't even get a response. Instead, I got an automated email from Paypal saying my order had been shipped. In actual fact the order had not been shipped, but USPS had gotten shipping information. It was another few days before it was ACTUALLY shipped, and then another 10 days before I got it in the mail.
Bit of a nuisance dealing with them. Fortunately, I have almost every type of magnet available now, so I probably won't need to order more mags for a long time.

that mirrors my past few experiences. nothing for a while. then when you contact them to ask about it, it suddenly shows USPS getting info... then a few-to-several more days before it actually gets shipped. I believe my last order was 2-to-3 weeks before it was actually shipped... and I did confirm that the items were in stock before placing the order. like you, I made sure my last order stocked me up well... for that very reason.
they are pleasant to deal with on the phone, but there's still room to improve the logistics.

They are normally very good. I just ordered a couple of magnets from them a couple of weeks ago. I ordered them 3 days apart and they came at the same time about 8-9 days later. Kinda slow but not bad. I also called them twice and left a voicemail wondering when they were going to arrive and never got a call back. But mags arrived in good condition none the less. Would order from them again. I ordered off of their website

It's just a guy doing it on the side with his daughter helping out. They get backed up occasionally, but if they stumble, they'll take care of you. You won't get burned.
They have the biggest selection and lowest prices. I don't want to order from anyone else, and I've bought many mags from them (over 100).
