Where to buy P90 Covers that fit Seymour Duncan´s P90

Ive been looking to change my P90 covers color, but i haven't found a cover that fits Seymour Duncan's measurements

Is there any store that sells P90 covers that fit SD P90?

SD P90s are "Gibson" sized. Others may be "Fender" sized, but AFAIK there aren't any trembucker sized P90s.

I have seen p90 with 49.2mm, 50mm and 52mm. I don't know first hand but I heard the PRS SE have a proprietary size.

Where did you see the wider ones?

My DIY P90 thinline has a Fender American Vintage bridge, 2-3/16ths (55 mm) string spacing.

I can confirm that. Can be pretty annoying. Not only might the cover not fit the pickup, the whole thing might not fit the cavity.
