Where to buy ???

Guys, I want to order a Custom Shop JB and the UK distributor is less than helpful.
Basically I want the Anniversary construction 50mm spacing, but with short legs and 4 conductor wiring.

They quoted me £200 and a 4 month wait !!!
That's $310 US but Duncan quote $160 for a custom shop.

I didn't think I wanted anything unusual.

Does anyone know of a US dealer who'd handle the order for me ?

It's the same here in Italy. Also, worse; as they ask Custom prices for Custom Floor Shop Items.

Unless you don't have somebody in the US to order'em and send'em to you, the procedure is not negotiable.

In your case, though; I just don't see the point of ordering a Custom p'up without the Custom features. A stock JB comes with short legs and 4-conductor.

A friend of mine has the Antiquity JB and it sounds much better than my modern JB.
I thought getting a cross between the Ant JB and a modern one, done by the Custom Shop would be really special.
However, as I'm not in the USA, Duncan aren't interested so it looks like I'm going to have to look elsewhere for my pickup. :banghead:

Degauss your magnet a little bit and you'll be golden!

It only takes a ceramic mag waved over the p'up in a way it repels a little bit until you like the sound. If it gets too dull, just do the same but with the mag attracting. It's not rocket science or unicorn dundruff, mind you...

Easy peasy!
