Where to get a chassis for Dave Hunter's amp in the tube amp handbook?

At the end of this very cool book there's a nify ampflier able to run different power tubes. It's a pretty cool project which I may do some time if I can gather all the components. I forgot the name of the amp though... Stinger isn't it? Can't recall for sure.

i have that book and have thought about doing the amp as a head but im also lazy and when i couldnt find it i gave up.
