Which coil on the Hybrid is the Custom coil?

The Carvin DC 400 I just installed the Hybrid in is splitting it to the slug coil so am I correct the Slug coil is the 59? It splits the slug coil of the bridge pickup screw coil of the neck pickup in the module. Split in the middle is humbucking but it doesn't sound quite right so--. The pickups wire into a PC board with the actives and also I have a pretty good buzz in the bridge with the active module when I roll the volume full on so may have to swap the Hybrid for that Perpetual burn after all. Unique set up if I run the active module and with all the tonal options it gives me do not want to scrap the module. My church is an absolute nightmare for RF and 60 cycle on stage so--. Never heard it at the house but there is very noticeable and just on the bridge. Shame as tones are great but the buzz makes the guitar a pain to use.

Figgured out why Split in the middle with both pickups it doesn't sound right I have the Senient in upside down. When I dropped it in forgot the Sentient for some reason is wired from the top left instead of bottom right and dropped it in upside down. Next restring will rotate it.
Still have the issue of the buzz with the Hybrid and the Carvin Passive / Active module though.

And what is its polarity-orientation. I'm thinking of an SSH with vintage flat strat in neck and bridge, and am hoping that RWRP middle will be humcanceling in middle+bridge position.

I used the Hybrid in an HSS configuration and wanted all the positions humbucking. I wrote a blog about how I solved that.

I’m not quite clear after reading your blog... (EDIT - Just read the MegaSwitch doc, I think I understand now)

Editing again so that anyone reading this thread in the future gets accurate info.

By using a STK-S4m, Five-Two and Custom/59, you get hum cancelling?
Split HB (Screw Coil) & Standard Duncan SC cancels hum?

The neck has to be RW/RP, per Schaller's instructions on the Megaswitch.

Just rotating the pup won't change anything.

The current split coil on the neck pickup is closer to the bridge at the bottom. Rotating it 180 will put it to the top at the neck that will change the tone when both are split as well and the Split tone with just the neck.
