Which guitar to save up for?

Here's the deal. I've been looking at 3 different guitars of varying prices:

1. DBZ Halcyon HLCFM-FR-TBU
2. Washburn Parallaxe PXM10
3. Ibanez Prestige RG655

I want a guitar that gives me the most for its price, a wide variety of tones for different genres of music, and a well-playing neck/fretwork. I'm leaning towards the Parallaxe since it has hardware I would have put in anyways and already has parallel/series switches, but the other two come with cases. I really love the look of the Halcyon, while the Ibanez has 3 pickups, although I would probably replace at least one pickup on both of those. Any thoughts and experiences would be appreciated.

I mainly play hard rock/metal, but I want a great all-around guitar.

+1 To this, and from my experience it would retain the most resale value...at least from my experience.

Ok, thanks for the input! I've been snooping around sites and seeing and reading reviews and the all say they're great. I'm most likely gonna go with the RG655, but I'm honestly still curious about the Washburn, seeing as it has some things that catch my eye, like its insane crescent shape cutaway on the back and its brass block with a spring silencer. I know the neck won't beat the Ibanez, but is it at least comparable? Any thoughts?

I have the RG 655. It is one of the best values Ibanez has offered in years and comes with excellent pickups from the factory.

I don't see why you would want to swap pups on the RG, those pups are really good.
in terms of versatility, the ibbie's HSH config will give you more sounds than the DBZ and the washburn. still, are you planning to buy them online? if you have the chance you should really go to a store and try them all out, then see which one suits you the best

I was planning on buying them online, since there isn't a lot of stores that have them, but if I see any of them, I'll check them out.

As to the RG pups, I like the crunch lab more than the tone zone, so I was thinking about switching them out. If I end up getting it, I may swap the Air Norton for a Liquifire, but I've been hearing that they're really similar.
