Which Jackson Soloists come in an H/H configuration?

What? No Washburn MG's yet? Wait for it… Wait for it…

As mentioned you want the SL2HT.
You may want to look at the Jackson Stars also.
But, it's a single pickup.

That particular JacksonStars model is a single pickup, but the JacksonStars line in general includes as many options as the domestic Jackson USA/Pro/MG/XT lines do.

Sometimes you will find a JacksonStars model that has a feature which would be a Custom Shop option, such as a reverse headstock Soloist, for the same cost as a new USA SL, but those are rare. Aside from that, if you're only looking at the Soloist body shape, then there's not going to be any real feature difference between a JacksonStars and a USA Jackson.
Even the Rhoads models now have 22 frets like their USA counterparts, so they've taken away the major reasons to buy JStars if you're outside of Japan.

As for the Carvin, ESPee, and Washburn mentionings, the OP did specifically state he was interested in a Jackson Soloist. I'd at least respect his brand choice and preference.

Re: Which Jackson Soloists come in an H/H configuration?

My favorite features of a Jackson has to be the compound radius and the thickness of the neck. My buddy has an Ibanez with a wizard neck that kinda has a Soloist body (forget the specific model) but I didn't care for it.

I'm so used to my Jackson SLSMG and the way she feels that I don't really want another make. Not to mention that I just find the Soloist body style to be the most comfortable to play.

If I ever start playing live, I'd get a Jackson RR1T to compliment the Soloists I have. Probably tune to DGCFAD and put in either the EMG 81/85 set I have just laying around for some Dimmu Borgir type sound.

I've owned Gibsons (really miss my Gibson Gothic Explorer... wish they still made em) and PRS Custom 22's and 24's. In the end I find Jacksons the most rewarding to play to be honest.

Oh,

And as far as the ESP's, they're not bad and well-priced. Kinda flashy, but the EC-1000 QM that is around $879.00 USD is a hell of a guitar for the price and may be useful for some Type O Negative / Amon Amarth type band my buddy wants to form.
