Re: Which Jackson To Buy?!?!

Hey Bro! Im at work so had to kinda skim your thread, so if I repeat something, Im sorry..

I did see where they said the Japanese factory has closed. True. Bums me Cuz I want another Japanese built Charvel Pro mod, but will have to go used or NOS.

As far as the Jacksons... Have you played a neck thru one? You stated that you liked the DK2. The neck on the neck thru ones are wider. So keep that in mind. I always thought I wanted a soloist.. Was my dream guitar for years, but I had never played one.. One day I got a grea deal on ebay for 80s Charvel 5, which was the same as the soloist and found the neck to be too wide for my comort. I was so disappointed, but glad I found out before popping $2k for a Jackson.
I do love the neck on the Dk2 and really love the Charvel Pro mod neck.

Anyhow, good luck on your search and keep us posted!

Oh, and whats this I may just stop playing anyhow stuff?? No way man! you are too good to just drop it

Re: Which Jackson To Buy?!?!

Hey Man.
thank you for always stopping by my threads to help me
I appreciate a lot Q: p
Yeah, for sure... i realized that there MAY BE some differences between the necks. for an example : i disliked the bridge position on this DK2M jackson. ahahahah but the neck is AWESOME. slightly thinner than the ones in my guitars , but its no problem to get used to it.
Regarding the neck wideness (does this word exists in english? ahahah ) My favorite string spacing/neck wideness is the one found on my ACOUSTIC ahahah thats weird.
thats my first instrument ever. i start playing guitar with it. and i still dream of doing a custom 6 string guitar with the same neck profile and string spacing/neck wideness found on that accoustic, so no problem with that. but if it were the opposite thing, the neck being Too small and narrow. that WOULD Be a problem. i had to send 2 guitars that i bought along my journey BACK because of that.

Yes, i read ALL posts and im aware that the Japan factories are closed.

Hey guys
i found 2 jacksons here in brazil... but something tells me that it might not be made in japan, or it says made in japan on the sticker, but was made somewhere in india, indonesia, china or etc...
so, can you guys help me identify it ??
one of them is a Jackson DXMG is it a real japanese one or a X series ? it comes with emg hz s

And theres this WRXT Warrior
Some places (on both cases. ) says that its japan, but some say they are Chinese or made somewhere else other than in Japan
