Which pedal should i get for my birthday?

I have been asked what to get for my birthday. I have narrowed it down to three pedals.

What I have:

3 guitars:
tele
mockinbird
sheraton II

amp:
crate v3112T

Pedals:
boss me 50
crybaby
double muff
bad monkey (don't really need)

What I am looking at:
Voodoo labs sparkle drive, seems good for country stuff which i don't do a ton
Fulltone ocd, good for zeppelin/acdc/classic rock
Carl martin Plexitone: good for modern over drive stuff which is nice

Which of the three do you think best fits what would fill out my pedal board the best and would be most used? I think the fulltone ocd would be nice since i can't crank my amp right now in my apartment. The carl martin seems to be like the overdrive i'm missing the most. Another option is a zakk wylde over drive for heavy stuff???

Thanks guys

Re: Which pedal should i get for my birthday?

Yeah, the Plexitone is great! I haven't tried the OCD, but I can promise you the Plexitone will cover the zeppelin/acdc/classic rock you mention and much more. It is also a very versatile pedal as you get to preset two levels of gain plus a solo boost. :fing2:

Plexitone? Modern? Whatcha been smokin'?

Its like a old Plexi from Marshall. It sounds killer, I think you should get it

Re: Which pedal should i get for my birthday?

The Plexitone is a GREAT pedal....not sure if it's the right one for that amp though.

Paging Dr. Rid...........

I'd go with the OCD of the pedals listed.

OR a SFX-3 Twin Tube Classic :bigthumb:

Re: Which pedal should i get for my birthday?

I haven't tried a Plexitone through a V32/V3112 yet, but they are very British-voiced amps. Rid says the Plexitone should sound good through a British-voiced amp, so I think it will probably sound fine. But I'd still wait for Rid's advice.

Re: Which pedal should i get for my birthday?

Plexitone...I use a Crunchbox through a V-32 and it sounds killer, so the Plexitone should sound as good or better.

Re: Which pedal should i get for my birthday?

The Zakk Wylde OD won't do anything heavy unless your sound already is heavy. It's an Overdrive and not a Distortion.
