Which pups for a strat

Ok, well ive been thinkang about this guitar for 3 yrs ive had it. I still have it in pieces. Ok, well the thing is its an alder body(i think) routed with Hum-Single- hum, it has on ovation neck, roosewood on maple. The thing is I would like to get somewhat of a Clash tone outta it. i would kinda like to get some mini humbuckers and a single in the middle or just mini humbuckers. What would you guys recomend? Thanks a million for your help!!:wall:

sounds like an interesting guitar.

which clash tone? mick used a gibson and joe used a tele as far as i recall

when you say minihums do you mean single coil sized humbuckers or les paul deluxe/firebird style minihumbuckers?
