I would think the EVM would be about as close as you could find today.

That's the speaker Carlos Santana has used, and which used to come in Boogies when they first came out I think. I'd look for an original one on Ebay.

Or contact Ted Weber and see if he makes something like it.

The basket of the original had a unique shape to it. I haven't seen anyone make a new version of that unusual frame.

Maybe an EV clone (Weber Michigan) with a aluminum dome...? Ted will do it and it probably won't cost extra...

It's an alnico speaker...like a JBL.

Altec Lansing was first I think and James B Lansing (JBL) speaker split away from Aletc Lansing.

Something like that...I forget how it went.

They are unrelated to Electro Voice.
