Which Triple Shot Rings should I buy?

Re: Which Triple Shot Rings should I buy?

With normal rings you can force them to follow a slight curve, but i would not do that with Triple Shots. I also had heavily bended flat ones coming stock with a 80ies Gibson Les Paul. This guitar accepted curved Custom Shop rings nicely without any modification.

If your current rings are flat and they fit fine, I'd get the flat Triple Shots...they will curve slightly to fit a slight curvature in your guitar top with no problems. If you get the curved ones and your guitar is flat or almost flat, they will not lay down flush on your guitar.

I've even used the flat ones on very curved Les Pauls with no problems.

I'd go for flat, too. The curved ones are for some pretty serious curves. You can sort of gently bend the flat ones a bit- there are many guitars have a very slight curve to them, so I will use the flat ones.
