Which Vintage Rail To Pair w/ Hot Rails?

If I was to buy a Vintage Rail to pair with a Hot Rails Neck and Bridge, would I buy a neck or bridge position Vintage Rails? Does it matter due to the multi conductor wiring? Has anyone tried this combo? The neck and bridge are so thick and fat sounding, I figured a bit of sparkle and bite would be a nice addition. I also like the idea of losing the 60 cycle hum from the middle position single coil. Thanks!

I haven't used a neck position Hot Rails, but I had a Strat with a Hot / Vintage / Cool Rails set for a while. The neck position Vintage Rails balanced fine with the bridge Hot Rails, so I don't see why you'd have a problem.
