Which way would you go Money not an object

Re: Which way would you go Money not an object

Will not tell you much but Source Audio has a controller that might fit the bill. Lots of good reviews. Plus their pedals don't suck either.

Re: Which way would you go Money not an object

I have one of the Digitech GNX pedals
It's one feature I find astonishing is that
I can assign the toe of the foot controller to an acoustic Sim
And the heal to a cranked Marshall Sim
And while just a bit off the toe and the Marshall overwhelms the acoustic
And the Sims themselves aren't great
To flip back and forth while playing is awesome

The FX-8 looks pretty damn killer but is it better then the TC G or GT-100 really?

I don't really see any other options unless someone in here comes up with a killer idea.

I use a Fractal AX8, and money is an object to me (I am a musician, after all). And yes, it really is that much better than the ones you mention. The FX8 is the same thing without the amp models and better converters (with special relays, too). I am not buying any single-purpose pedals any more.

Normally I just make the best of what I currently have and focus my time on practicing, writing songs and making a decent recording of it.

I would make statements like this too loud in public, or you might end up in the mental ward...

I gotta get my hands on one of these. Sounds to me like a no brainer. Single pedals do sound awesome and much better then all the multi effects units I've used over the years.
