Indie P Bass

Holy-shat.... I have been sitting on this bass idea forever.... it's awsome...
ok... take a 57' style P-bass (solid maple neck, ash body & 1 P-pickup) and put black star inlays in the fretboard, then paint or sticker red stars on the black body, put a red pickguard on it and stick black stars on it and "continue" any stars that the pickguard partially covers. The headstock would be black with red writing on it...
who/where would I get this all done? I've been drooling over a bass like this since I first started playing. It'd have chrome hardware, still, and no pickup/bridge covers, and I figure, it's about time I start thinking of doing this.
PS. The hardest part would be the neck. The body, I could just use stickers or something.
Warmoth'll do the star inlay on a guitar, but not bass, like I want...
