The Dean Hardtail was discontinued a couple years ago but there are a few great deals out there on those. Look into the Hardtail Pro. It is USA made, all Mahogany no flametop with an Rosewood board, and has a 59/JB in it. Usually $650-$800 at most.

There have been a few variations on the cutaways over the years currently they are rounded as opposed to a sharper florentine style

That's pretty sweet actually, and I see some that went on reverb for not to much dough.
