The irony that you recorded a cover of a song when the rhythm guitarist used a Tele (maybe not on that song but Stradlin was known to use one) and then claimed that people say a Tele cannot rock is so rich you might get gout.
This belongs in tips and clips.
The quality on this recording his horrible. No mids, the guitar covers up everything, and there's a high end fizz throughout the track.

I'm sorry, but I mix this stuff for headphones. So it's best to listen either on a high quality surround sound or some decent pairs of headphones. I don't hear any of the stuff you guys are complaining about, and my mids were at six, thank you

Why would you listen to this in surround sound if you were doing anything akin to critical listening? That would be like turning on the 3D on your TV for watching reruns of Mama's Family. Better to use good two-channel stereo.
I listened with a pair of Grado SR-80's, and I heard both the lack of mids and the buzziness, in addition to a lack of bite from the bridge position.

Let me tell you something about mixing. When it's done right it should come across as intended regardless of the playback medium. I should know, I've only won an award signed by the mayor for mixing and mastering two records that topped the charts of the state's most popular and diverse independent radio station even before I got my diploma of sound production and produce my own band's material well enough to be worthy of featuring on the A side of two major label compilations alongside the likes of Obituary and Death. So I know what the hell I'm talking about and there are other forumites who have equally or even more valid credentials when it comes to mixing knowledge, THANK YOU.
The guitar is very much on the fizzy side, accept it and keep it in mind for next time and put some pants on would you?

Why do you upload videos to a guitar forum if you reject any criticism you receive? Do you expect everyone to shower you in praise, regardless of how authentic it is? Has it ever occurred to you that the people who offer constructive criticism are the ones who actually care about your work, so much so that they take time to help you perfect it?

The thing is, Nathan has so much passion for playing. He has more passion than a lot of people here. But passion alone isn't enough - you need both passion AND discipline. What's so frustrating is that people here care because they *know* how much passion Nathan has, and we all want to see him really excel and be the best musician he can be. But it just can't happen without the discipline to perfect his craft by accepting and learning from constructive criticism, and he needs to match his passion with the necessary discipline to really achieve something great.

Of course it comes from a place of caring at least partially. The music world and industry is tough and if you fall short in certain areas (arguably any) you'll get eaten alive. Consider the forum as somewhat of a test audience.
