It's also a loop sampler with 4 and 8 seconds loop samples.
It has 5 effects loops.
The only place I found prices quoted was on Ebay and the two used units I found there were going for close to $1000. It's the kind of unit that ends up in production studios far more often than in guitar racks. For what most street musicians are going to need in a delay it looks like serious overkill unless you often use long loops as accompaniment and then solo over yourself.
