Hi all pickups freaks!
I'm about to receive my warmoth parts:
Mahogany 1 piece body telecaster, Humbucker bridge, single neck
Modern Vintage 1 piece maple birdseye neck
I didn't manage to make a choice for the pickup yet...
I play Funk-Hard-Rock, i wanted to put a JB in the bridge but a lot of you talk about muddy sounds??, may i have to put a 59' in there???
the more difficult is for the neck pickup. I want a kind of "bluesy pickup", you know the kind that make some cool crunch rythms and warm clean tones... I thought about the Cool rails, but it's a strat pickup and don't know if it will fit the tele.. I'm really lost with telecaster pickups....
So you any of you have some ideas about making a good combination your help will be really appreciated.
