Gosh...even if it fit, why use a $360 set of pickups in a SE?
I have three SE's.
I have Antiquity in one, Seth Lovers in one and Pearly Gates in one.

Why? They make lousy pickups. I've changed more than a few to Duncans and even DiMarzios for customers. I don't know a single person with a PRS that kept the stock pickups.
And especially the HFS and Vintage Bass. The HFS just barks, and the neck pickup sounds like you have a blanket over the amp.

I've owned some PRS pickups I liked. I liked the Dragons that came in my '95 CU22...especially the 8K A4 neck pickup. Wasn't crazy about the overwound ceramic magnet bridge pickup in the Dragon set, but I liked it.
And I liked the Dragon II's that came in my '02 CU22. Same neck pickup as the Dragon set but with an A5 magnet, but a "new" and different A5 bridge pickup.
I replaced them both with Duncans, but I liked them. Especially the Dragon II set. Carlos Santana also liked those.

Santana also likes a dull tone. He used to use a 100 foot cable. When he went to wireless he didn't like the normal tone of the guitar. So PRS came up with the "sweet switch" which was a circuit called a "passive delay line" which simulated 100 feet of cable! The designer later said he could have used caps and resistors.
On the current Santana models, they have a resistor between the pickup's (-) and ground. This loads the pickups and reduces the top end.
So why not just turn your tone control down? Santana is a great player, but that's a very niche tone.
I personally think PRS switched from Duncans because they didn't want to pay for them.
