Will this work......

I am looking at a peavey classic 30, first off i play metal(iron maiden, black sabbath etc.) i will NOT be relying on the amp for distortion, i will be using a diamond pedals fireburst(www.diamondpedals.com), i was wondering if that setup will work for what i want to play, if not could you suggest another setup, i basically want a smaller(Ex: 50 watt and under) tube amp that i can gig, a good drive channel is not a big deal, because i am gonna try these pedals, all the reviews on HC of these pedals are good, plus there are made around where i live, if anyone has played or owns a diamond pedal, how are they?, i have only heard clips on the site, from the site they sound great. all suggestions welcome....

P.S i will be going in to try a diamond fire burst in the next couple a days.

should sound good. you might want to check out the rocktron dragon(?) i think those are pretty good pedals.

It will work, classic 30s are very nice amps. Once you find a pedal you like you probably wont regret going with the Classic 30.
