I think my next project guitar will a Warmoth WGD. I found on Ebay an Ibanez 3+3 neck that will look good on it. My question is: The body is set for 25.5" and the neck is off a 24.75", will it work or will the intonation be outta wack?

My first thought is no it won't and the bridge may need to be repositioned. My second is that the neck won't fit the neck pocket.
If you can get some detailed measurements of the ibanez neck and the warmoth conversion neck and if they happen to be the same then you should be fine. If there not I assume it will be more trouble and expense than it is worth.
I was hoping to get it off Ebay so I'm not spending $200 for a neck. I don't want a stock looking Strat/Tele neck, that will look stupid on that body. Eh F it, maybe I should walk away from this idea...

Number of frets doesnt effect the scale length. Willing to bet that Ibby wont fit the neck pocket. No Ibby ive ever seen has a standard strat neck pocket but I havent seen all of them so maybe there is one out there but i wouldnt count on it.
This might be one of those times to walk away unless your into pain. I'm talking nipple clamps and ball gags type pain.
