Win The Book 108 Rock Star Guitars

Re: Win The Book 108 Rock Star Guitars

Well, define "iconic".

Not nearly as well known as most of the ones already mentioned, I would LOVE to have Kai Hansen's Red ESP V pictured bellow:

Here's a spec rundown of the ESP sig axe after it:

Now, if that is considered too low-brow then I guess from the REALLY famous ones I'd choose David Gilmour's Black tuxedo Strat, there's something about her that just screams class:

The black Hamer explorer with white binding, that belongs to Lita Ford.

I've recently learned that guitar was named, Pepper. And she still has it.

Forget the sex, drugs and rock and roll, this guitar is the epitome of attitude. I don't really know if it's the woman behind the guitar in this case, but I know it helped define what rock is. Let's erase genre, let's forget time periods, who was more of a rockstar than this girl right here with her black hamer (I mean come on, look at her shirt :-)). I know this guitar does not look like much but that guitar (and Lita) are icons in their own right. I rest my case...

I second that and I'd love to have the T-Shirt she wore as well if she still has it...

Diggin the Wilton 66 so many great choices. Either way I'd give to my grandson, guitarist in the making!

David Gilmour's black Strat or Peter Buck's black Rickenbacker 360, with the mudflap girl sticker.
