Wire Diagram Tool Trouble: Wrong Pickups?

Hello,

Asking for help... I'm not understanding something that's probably pretty basic?

Using the SD website wiring diagram tool. Looking to wire my Strat... the tool will not allow me to enter my specific pickup configuration? I'm assuming it falls under "not recommended" yet, I dont see anything saying dont use it? In fact, the description on the box has me completely confused. lol

Trying to use a STK-S4n Classic Stack Plus for Strat in the neck, Cool Rails in the middle, and SH-5 Duncan Custom at bridge.

The problem occurs trying to place cool rails in the wire diagram tool

Their description reads:
Cool Rails use the same twine coil design as our Hot Rails, but wound to produce a clear, bright single coil sound. Hotter and louder than both Vintage Staggard for strat or Hot Rails, Stack pickups, Cool Rails are for players who need a loud, punchy single coil sound for stage work.
Cool rails are great on their own, and also make an excellent match on a guitar with a hot humbucker in the bridge position with or without a noise cancelling effect.

What am I missing?
Can I use basically any SSH diagram?

Thank you
