Wiring advice for a 1981 Ibanez Blazer

Hi to all!
I've bought a beaten 1981 Ibanez Blazer and I'm trying to restore it for fun..
While I'm trying to refret the neck and refinish the body I've took a look to the electronics to figure out how to rewire the pickups.
The previous owner says that the guitar needs some work on the electronics, so I tought that was a good idea to rewire all (I'd like to use this guitar to learn something about lutherie and wiring).
I've searched a lot but I really can't understand how to wire these 2 Ibanez Super70 humbuckers.
I'd like to ged rid of the phase switch and use normally the 3 way switch for Bridge humbucker/both humbuckers/neck humbucker.
Here's some pictures to give you an idea of the actual wiring:

Do you know where I can find a wiring diagram or can you give me some advice?
Thanks!

I'm assuming the red wire is a coil tap? Not a splitter, but a good-old-fashioned tap.

Comparing that to a similar pickup I have, you can remove the phase inverter (or simply don't touch it if you don't want to use it), connect either the red or the white to the ground and leave it there, and connect the other one to the blade switch where the mini-toggle is currently connected.

What baffles me is that the neck pickup is connected directly to the Volume, yet the bridge goes out to the switch.

Try this diagram:

Re: Wiring advice for a 1981 Ibanez Blazer

Ibanez uses dimarzio designed pickups
red is hot in
white coil split
bare ground

That looks like it may be a "blower switch"
ya got the white wire coming up to ground from the input jack
and the gray from the input meets the hot leg of the neck pickup

the wiring looks as if it has been altered at some point
see the ground between the tone and volume

I dunno the yellow comes up from the mini switch to two positions on the selector

yea gotta be a coil split one common leg of mini to ground one common to selector

what you said DrN
