Wiring advice

Hey guys,

Just wondering if I can pick your brains for a sec.

I have just brought a set of STK-4 in white and a Clapton mid boost kit.

My question is should I stick with the standard 5-way switch or go out and get a Super 5-way switch?

Welcome.

That all depends on what switching scheme you want. If all you want is the normal 5 way strat sounds, use a normal switch.

Hey,

The STK4's are stacked will they still Noise and Hum cancel without the 5 way super switch?

The instructions lead me to believe I need the super switch

No, you don't need a Superswitch. In fact, I'm not even sure how you'd utilize one to any advantage with those pups. Splitting, in the "notch" positions, perhaps. But not really necessary with those.
