Anyone have one for the Hot Lead Stack (STK-T2b)? I'm tempted (after the project guitar is completed) to this to a mim tele I have.....

Thanks much

Re: Wiring Diagram for a Hot Stack Esquire

Are you planning on using it like a traditional telecaster pickup or are you hoping to split it in one of the switch positions? If the former then you'd use a traditional Esquire diagram only the black is hot, red and white leads get connected and insulated, and grean/bare go to ground.

Re: Wiring Diagram for a Hot Stack Esquire

Thanks for the info, Mike. I tried doing a series/split/parallel configuration from another post here:

I used the switch layout combined with the standard tele wiring. When I first plugged it in, I noticed a ton of buzzing and only faint sound--I'd forgotten to solder the ground to the green/bare point on the switch. Now I've done that, and have no sound. I posted pictures here:

Let me know if the pictures are clear enough or if anyone has any suggestions (beyond finding a professional of course).

Thanks,

BB
