Hey jag; The diagram itself is good, so the best thing to do in a situation like this, is to go back over the wiring, carefully, and try to figure out what you did wrong.
Also, if you could let us know specific symptoms, we might be able to point you in the right direction. For instance, is it just completely dead, weak sound, tinny, etc.?
