I'm finally getting around to putting my esquire together and it's not your typical esquire wiring. I'm going to use a 250k volume and no load tone pot, .022 cap and a 3 way switch but I want the positions on the switch to be 1.series 2.split to top coil 3.parralel, the pickup I'm using is a custom shop BG1400 which I believe is wired like other SD stacked Single coil tele pickups. When I say #1 for the switch I'm referring to the classic bridge position with the switch all the way towards the bridge. Please correct me if I'm wrong and thanks alot for the help.

Run the bridge black wire directly to the input of the vol pot. Green to ground. White to the common lug on the right side of the 3-way switch. Red to the common lug on the left side of the 3-way.
Run a jumper to both #1 lugs of the 3-way.
Run a jumper to both #2 lugs of the 3-way, a jumper from the #2 lug on the right side to the #3 on the right side, and then to ground.
Run a wire from the #3 lug on the left side to the input of the vol pot.
Tone pot wired as usual.

Thanks alot, then just connect the output jack to the hot and ground on the volume pot?

Yes. So, you'll have the black (hot) wire from the pup and the wire from the #3 lug on the left side of the 3-way both going to the input lug of the volume pot (usually the first lug, on the left as you look at the back of the pot with the lugs toward you). The output lug of the vol pot (middle lug) goes to the tip (hot) of the output jack. A wire from ground (back of pot) goes to the sleeve (ground) of the output jack.
