I'm looking for a Wiring Diagram for 2 Humbuckers, 1 Tone, 1 Volume & 3-Way Switch.

Humbuckers: JB & Jazz

I've looked at this one but that's a different switch.

Neck's black to lugs 1 and 2.
Bridge's black to lugs 7 and 8.
Output from switch are lugs 4 and 5, jumped together and going to the volume input.
