Wiring Experts... help needed.

Ok, I'm going to attempt to wire my So Cal the same way the Ibanez JPM100 was wired. As long as I just reverse the black and red wires in the diagram below, I should be ok...right? I'm using PATBs instead of DiMarzios. Thank for the help!
