This should do it. (Untested. It's only on paper.)

With the annotated limitations. (Only works with the 3-way in the "neck" position.)

If I just adjust this by comparing single Vol/Tone to 2 of each by comparing the wiring diagrams, can I adjust this from there?

Well I was thinking real hard and after about an hour, drawing up and evaluating a few diagrams, I seriously stumbled upon this by accident; I was looking for an example of something else. I evaluated it and it indeed works. When down, the two pickups are in phase and parallel. When up, the Bridge pickup's green wire is the ground for the serial connection, the two black wires are connected creating the out-of-phase series link, and the Neck pickup's green wire goes to the input.

I think you must have 4 pole pairs, 3 won't do it.

I think you are correct. It's the standard push/pull alpha pot. There are 3 sets of two connectors like in the Duncan Wiring diagrams.

Did you try clicking on the link and opening it in a new tab? That worked for me, but I'll try to re-attach it.

It definitely would be easier to do on a 4PDT switch, but since those don't come on push-pull switches, it is probably less than ideal for you. But I now know what you want is definitely possible on a DPDT (push-pull) switch.

SWEET! Two questions:
1) Tell me what's up with the green wiring, I'm a little confused
2) How would I adapt modern wiring to this. I'm not a fan of 50's wiring.

EDIT: After a second look, I'm 99% sure I know what i need to do. Still, if an extra post can be shared, it would confirm that I am right
