Hi All!
i'm currently getting ready to wire a pair of Dimarzios(god forbid!!!!) petrucci style.
my problem?
i have two wiring diagrams - one straight from Dimarzio's website and one straight to my mail from Dimarzio's Steve Blucher .
and while they are both 90% identical, they are also 10% different.

first one is this:http://www.dimarzio.com/media/diagrams/D.pdf

the other is this:
Petrucciwiring.jpg

my potential problem is the neck's black wire and bridge's green which simply do not appear in the second schematic.
simply a type-o? or something deeper behind it?

thanks!
Udi.

The two conductor wires that you mention - and which do not appear in the second diagram - should be grounded on the lower half of the 4P3T switch. (NOTE: The disclaimer line at the bottom of the second diagram.)

If you imagine the EP1111 switch contacts labelled as A1 A2 A3 through to D1 D2 D3, the black wire from the bridge pickup goes to contact C3 and the green wire from the neck PU goes to contact D1.

thanks! i have no idea which terminals do what at each toggle position.
so i guess grounding the "missing" wires to any ground point or to these specific ground terminlas on the switch wouodnt make any difference?
