wiring for 5-way strat switch & HH setup?

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a dual humbucker setup with a strat 5-way switch?

I'm putting a Jazz/Demon combo into my strat and I want to try something other than my usual neck/neck+bridge/bridge 3-way setup.

I'm hoping for:

  1. neck
  2. neck (split)
  3. neck (split) + bridge (split)
  4. bridge (split)
  5. bridge

Can someone help a brother out?

By the way, Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow to all of you!

Is there any way to get something close to the setup I want with a standard 5-way switch? (i.e. not a super switch?)

I think I may have to throw a single coil into an HSH pickguard and go with that to get close to what I want, which is cool. It should look nice and will get me some more useful sounds, i think.

With a standard switch, use one pole for the neck and one pole for the bridge pickup. Connecting the common lugs for each pole to the volume pot,

Pole 1, lug
1 neck HB black
2 neck HB red/white
3 no connection

Pole 2, lug
1 no connection
2 bridge HB red/white
3 bridge HB black

The middle position will not be humbucking unless you get fancy (swap the coils and flip the mag on one pickup), but otherwise it will have the 5 positions you ask for.

EDIT: I goofed, with your basic strat 5 position switch, positions 2-3-4 will all be neck and bridge split in parallel. You need a super switch, or if you want a 3 position version, a tele switch, which will get you neck HB, neck split/bridge split, and bridge HB with the wiring scheme above.
