Wiring for a pair of SMB-4A's

I'm thinking of replacing the MEC 60104's (x2) in my Warwick Rockbass Double Buck (passive) with two SMB-4A's. I want to just swap the pups and not make any cosmetic mods to the bass. I found a Seymour Duncan schematic that is close to what I have in the Warwick. I have the Warwick schematic, and I think I can make the wiring work. The only thing I am not sure about is if I need to make any changes to the resistance (volume pots, tone pot and capacitor), since I am going from one humbucker (in the Seymour Duncan schematic) to two (in the Warwick). I have a 250K push pull volume pot (series/parallel) for each of the two pups and a 250K tone pot with a 47nf capacitor.
Do these need to change with the two SMB-4A's? (Schematics attached).

Thanks,
Vince

Welcome to the forum.

Stick with the Warwick schematic diagram. Simply translate the conductor wire insulation colour codes.

Warwick white = SD green
Warwick red = SD black
Warwick black = SD white
Warwick green = SD red
Warwick bare = SD bare

Leave all of the other components as is for now.
