Wiring for single pickup - 2 different volume/tones and a bypass??

I’m hoping to change my SG from two pickups to one. But with only one pickup, that would leave two unused pots/knobs and a selector switch on the guitar. I was hoping to change the “neck” pots to 250k and throwing in a 3-way rotary knob, with one position being a pots bypass, the middle being the “bridge” pots, and the other being the “neck” pots. Is this possible to wire?

Yeah, just corrected it thank you

depending on your rotary switch, it should be doable. its kinda similar to the idea of the rhythm switch on some fenders.
