Wiring for three humbuckers with coil splits in series in 2/4?

I've got a later Godin Artisan ST with three Little 59s in it. Right now, in the 2/4 positions, it splits the outer PU, but leaves the middle PU unsplit. So in the bridge position, it runs one coil of the bridge PU in parallel with the entire middle pickup (series with itself). It sounds woofy, drops in volume, and is non-hum-cancelling.

I'd like to wire it to split the middle pickup in 2/4, and have that coil in series with the companion coil from the other pickup. That seems to be an amazingly hard diagram to find, and I'm not clever enough to figure out how to do it.

This description sounds PERFECT ... but the actual diagram is missing: https://sites.google.com/site/phostenixwiringdiagrams/hhh-guitars

This diagram can do what I want, I think, but it's also got DPDT switches for series/parallel and split, which I don't want, and makes it too complicated: http://photobucket.com/gallery/user/JohnDHewitt/media/bWVkaWFJZDozNDQ0MDYzNQ==/?ref=

Does this diagram already exist anywhere? If not, can someone help me figure out how to do this?
