Hoping someone can shed some light on this for us. We can't seem to get the 500XL bridge working correctly (real Bill Lawrence PU's, Epiphone Les Paul). When the two tied off wires from the PU are touched to the body cavity, we get full volume from the PU, but otherwise the signal is extremely weak. Does this sound like a grounding problem somewhere in the installation or is it indicative of some other error or PU problem? We've redone things and again tried to trace everything out carefully but to no avail. Thanks for any insight that can be offered.
