i bought a STK-S4 middle pickup. I want to install it on my highway strat with single coils. Can anyone help me with the installing. I'm a liittle confused

Well, have you been through the diagrams that came with it, or on the main site?
What are you wanting to do, just a straight hookup? Coil splitting? Phasing? Details, man, details!

the diagram that came with it is the same on the main site. Nut there are two diagrams. I dont know which is the diagram for straight wiring.

Red+white soldered together and taped to prevent accidental contact, green to the place on the switch where the original middle pickup was, black and bare to ground.
Or if you want it running in single-coil mode, connect the red+white to the switch where the original middle pickup was, green and black and bare to ground.
Phasing is phase switching - in phase and out of phase, usually in relation to other pickups. It's most useful for getting Strat tones from a 2-humbucker guitar.
