Wiring Help Please!

Hi Guys, I'm having a difficult time wrapping my head around how I'm going to wire up my PRS Zach Myers SE.

I've already swapped the pickups out to the APH-1 neck and bridge set, and love the sounds I'm getting, however I really miss having the "neck and bridge split" sound that I have in my Ibanez SZ520 in the middle position.
So I recently purchased a Dimarzio EP1111 4pdt 3 way pickup selector switch, as I understand this is what I'll need in order to pull this off. I've looked through the wiring diagrams on both the Dimarzio and Seymour Duncan websites, but I can't find a wiring diagram on how to wire this switch with 2 volumes and 2 tones. What I'd like is:

Up: Neck Humbucker
Middle: Neck/Bridge split
Down: Bridge Humbucker

Also known as "Petrucci wiring" from what I understand.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and if someone would be so kind as to post a diagram, I would be eternally grateful!
Thanks in advance!

Re: Wiring Help Please!

Not difficult but I don't have the means of drawing the diagram so I'll walk you through it.
Orient the switch as follows:

1 2 3 4
_ _ _ _ t1
_ _ _ _ p
_ _ _ _ t2

Neck pup hot wire (black) goes to 1/t2. Bridge hot wire (black) goes to 1/t1. Neck red plus white wires go to 2/p. Bridge red + white go to 3/p. 2/t1 and 3/t2 go to ground.

When the switch is in the up position the poles (center or "p" lugs, 1-4) are connected to their respective bottom throws ("1/t2, 2/t2, 3/t2, 4/t2"). When the switch is in the down position the poles are connected to their respective upper throws ("1/t1, 2/t1, 3/t1, 4/t1").
