wiring help

Does anyone know where i can find some schematics on how to wire:

Two singles
Humbucker
5 way
1 tone
1 volume
and a way to split the hum?

and what kind of pots do i need? I'm guessing 500k but im probably wrong.

this is two singles, 1 hum, one volume, one tone with the bucker split in the #4 position

if you want to add a mini switch or push/pull pot to split the bucker, put the red/white connection to the middle lug of the switch and the bottom lug to ground
