Wiring HH w/ 3 Way selector. (SH-1 '59 wiring)

I apologize in advance but I looked and looked and could not find just the answers that I am looking for, so bare with me.

I am rewiring the internals of my guitar and am interested in doing it only the most efficient way possible. I could not find a suitable diagram on the SD site...

I am using sh-1 pickup in both bridge and neck positions and they are both single conductor wired. I am also using a three way blade switch. The diagram on the SD site for this pickup shows 4 conductor wiring and a gibson style switch so I am kind of piecing together whatever I can find. (this is the diagram I am referring to)

I've created this diagram from a SD created one which I will refer my questions to:

A) In the first place, is this the most efficient way to wire this configuration, and if not what can be changed?
B) From the original diagram, there are now two wires that I do not know where to connect - are they needed, if so, where do they get connected?
C) The hot wire from the output jack, can it be connected to the pickup selector where indicated. If so, are there any consequences?

I'll answer your questions in the little yellow boxes from top to bottom:

1. That appears to be just an extra ground wire. Sometimes people will ground the 3-way switch frame. If you don't need any other grounds, omit it.

2. Yes. Thats the "hot output" that goes to the box under the 3-way switch.

3. No. Leave that wire right where its at. Once you connect #2 above, everything will work just as intended.

Just got it all wired up. Surprisingly, it worked just as shown in the diagram I scrapped together. Go figure! Thanks for answering my questions. Much appreciated.

Before I forget, do you know where I can get a diagram that shows exactly how my style of 3 way switch works, and what each terminal does?
